Refund policy

Wrong or Defective Product 

 If you have received a wrong or defective product, we will arrange for an exchange at no charge to you.

Simply fill up the Product Return Form (see Home Page footer) within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product and we will be in touch.

Exchange terms:

-    Item is in original condition and packaging with original tags intact

-    Item must have no visible signs of wear or use (no scratch, no tear, fur, stain or damage)

 

14-day No Question Return Policy  

If you are not happy with the purchase for other reasons, we will accept a product return within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product subject to these terms:

-       Item must be in original condition and packaging with original tags intact

-       Item must have no visible signs of wear or use (no scratch, no tear, fur, stain or damage)

-    Return will be at your cost and we recommend trackable mail/parcel as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

-    These products are not exchangeable/returnable: bowls, grooming items, beds/house, opened Petopia toys, pet tags, custom fun patches, custom name patches and any products with customisation

For returns, we will refund you the price you paid less the processing fee charged by the payments service provider according to the mode of payment.

Kindly understand that such fees are not refundable by the payments service provider for returns and any such fee will be transparent with no mark-up.  The processing fee depends on the mode of payment chosen.

 

Items on Final Sale and at Pop-up Events/Fairs are not exchangeable or returnable.

 

Note that these are not considered product defects:

-       Sizes indicated are approximate measurements with up to 2cm discrepancy

-       Colour variations may differ depending on the computer/mobile device you use
